Reservations & Deposits
All yacht deposit payments of 50% to Cabo Yacht Services are final and non-refundable but transferable with approval from management (i.e. bad weather). Charter funds can be transferred with no penalties to future charter date(s) if our office is informed of cancellation and rescheduling at least 14 days prior to originally scheduled departure date. Rescheduling date needs to take place within 14 days of the originally scheduled departure date.
This also applies to private Live Aboard yacht charters, holidays or special events which all require 50% deposit payments are final and non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required in order to secure a reservation for any of our vessels. The remaining balance is due in cleared funds 14 days before the departure date.
Reservation Payments
Payments are in US Dollars or MX Pesos for Mexican nationals only, cash, wire transfer, and PayPal. Major credit cards accepted such as Visa and Mastercard. Personal check payments are not accepted. Please inquire about all possible payment options.
Cancellations & Weather Provision
In the event of extreme weather such as hurricanes or high winds where it is a danger to be on the water, Cabo Yacht Services reserves the right to reschedule and offer options in rescheduling the charter at no additional fee. We will offer full refunds for extreme weather for port closures due to extreme weather. In the case of bad weather and a reschedule is not possible, we will also refund any deposits paid. The Port Authority and vessel Captain always have the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Light rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling.

Cabo Yacht Services reserves the right to change this policy at any time with 30 days advance notice.
