Breakfast

• Option #1: Yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, chilaquiles, scrambled eggs with ham, red salsa, bacon, refried beans, French toast, coffee and orange juice.
• Option #2: Yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, rancheros style eggs, red salsa, bacon, refried beans, French toast, coffee and orange juice.
• Option #3: Yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, scramble eggs with machaca (shredded beef), Mexican salsa, bacon, French toast, coffee and orange juice.

Lunch

• Option #1: Mixed green salad with balsamic reduction, marlin cheese quesadillas, fish and shrimp tacos, coleslaw salad, guacamole, Mexican salsa, corn chips, and roasted sauce.
• Option #2: Mixed green salad with balsamic reduction, red fruit, marlin cheese quesadillas, hamburger/cheeseburger, onions, tomatoes, pineapple, potato chips, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
• Option #3: Marlin cheese quesadillas, Mexican salsa, guacamole, corn chips, fish filet with fine herbs, rice, and organic vegetables.

Dinner

• Option #1: Caprese salad with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and pesto sauce. Fettuccini with alfredo sauce or pesto sauce with shrimp, chicken and organic garlic bread.
• Option #2: Red fruit and mixed salad with citric dressing. “Surf and turf” with jumbo shrimp and ribeye steak, served with white wine and garlic sauce, red wine reduction, organic vegetables, and garlic bread.
• Option #3: Cabo tacos with flank steak, chicken and pork tacos served with rice, beans, guacamole, Mexican salsa, red sauce, cheese, sour cream, corn and flour tortillas.
